A highly-committed Board of Directors and staff lead the Academy’s efforts. Curriculum and academic standards operating policies, staff evaluation, programmatic offerings, facilities, risk management, as well as the pursuit of accreditation through the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI), are some of the areas addressed herein.
Ongoing focus in quality curriculum, facilities, equipment/technology, and the supporting administrative infrastructure are common among private, non-profit schools, and still on the forefront of the Academy’s plans.
Enhanced attention to marketing endeavors is planned for the next three years, as it pertains to student recruitment and retention. The benefits to effective marketing management in this arena are both financial and programmatic. However, with increased student recruitment, the Board of Directors realizes that facilities will become the utmost concern for the school. The Academy is well aware that the physical-ness of facilities is important to the credibility and desirability of an educational institution, and desires to address this issue in the longer-term future.
This plan attempts to address the historical/current status of all aspects of the Academy, and presents goals and objectives for moving forward.
